• Q: What jobs can you do?

  A: I have experience in general home maintenance and repair work, new home construction, general renovations, as well as many outdoors tasks such as wood cutting, splitting, snow removal, and landscaping.

• Q: What is your rate?

  A: $35 per hour

• Q: Do you have a minimum rate?

  A: The minimum rate is 2 hours ($70) to account for time to get to the job. If the job does not take 2 hours, I'm happy to work on other odd jobs to fill that time.

• Q: Can I combine multiple smaller jobs to meet the 2 hours?

  A: Of course! As long as it is within the same visit.

• Q: Can you deliver large materials such as flooring, lumber, or stone?

  A: It is preferable that you have the material delivered. However, I can rent a truck and deliver the material. The cost would be the cost of the rental plus time at the standard rate.
